Dog Food Help Please

I have a 3 month old Dobie who I put on Burns mini bites as she had leg problems and I was told to try this as it wasn't so high in protein and may help with the growth (she is going to a specialist Monday). Anyway I cannot get her to eat it without adding tuna, egg, ham anything really, which sort of ruins the low protein thing!!!

She seems to like the adult dry foods she kept pinching my mums dogs food. I have just given her a sample of James Wellbeloved adult lamb and rice food and she loved it couldn't get enough so I tried her on the original food she was on Purina Beta Puppy Large breed and she ate this, she was on this before Burns but wouldn't eat it then unless I mixed something else in with it.

This is all driving me mad and I am stock piling food as she keeps going off of things. Since being on Burns she doesn't seem to be gaining much weight.

What do you advise? Do I get some James Wellbeloved, should I get the puppy version, could she now have the adult one?

We have tried to up the amount of food we give her but she doesn't seem interested and leaves a lot of it yet she still seems hungry?

Does anyone know whether you can get hold of small samples so we can try her on different ones or do I just have a fussy dobie.

I want to give her the best possible food I can within reason, especially as she has problems walking and now she stands and sits wonky almost as if one leg is longer than the other, she still stands on tip toes and falls continously on to her knees so it is important that she eats the right food that won't make things worse.
