You can get virbac products online, probably much cheaper than the vets.

Out of the list you have said, I think logic gel is probably the best. It has an enzyme in it that helps soften plaque. Its OK taken orally, very palatable so your kittens will probably just take it from the tube. It is better brushed on though. If they are still fairly young, then its an ideal time to introduce them to a toothbrush - the pet ones always look to large, but some supermarket baby's first toothbrushes have a smaller head and soft bristles. If you get the used to the routine now, they may not be overly keen at first but will get used to it, especially if they love the taste of the paste you use.

A good chomp on raw will help keep teeth plaque free to as has already been said.
