that is not normal for Any cat

I wonder Why he was really re-homed if you are his 3rd owner in 2 years?
Poor thing must be up & down more than a yoyo with all these new owners!

Not sure what to advise really, but I wouldnt crown him, just let him be, maybe when you enter the room walk near him and drop some treats?
