Glad your little bird is ok. My cockatiel once seemed to be a bit uncomfortable passing an egg so when I went for my shower I took her in the room with me and sat her on a towel next to the bath while I showered. The heat and the steam relaxed her and she laid her egg within 20mins. Thats another tip you can try although if that doesnt get the egg moving I would take her to a vet (im sure you kmow that already!)
